*  Online renewal can only be done if we have the current, unexpired, rabies information on file.

 

To license a new dog please complete a dog license application.  We must have a current rabies certificate and a spay/neuter certificate, if applicable.  The fee for a spayed/neutered dog is $6 and $13 if they are not.  Applications can be submitted:

-  in person

-  through our drop box located outside of the DMV entrance

-  mail to Town of Richland Clerk, 1 Bridge St., Pulaski, NY 13142

 

If original certificates are sent to us, please let us know and we will return them to you with your license and tag. 

 

NOTICE: Dog Licenses must be renewed annually and are valid for one year from the original date of issue.
